Owner

When the owner asks:

  • a bot can rename itself or change its role or instructions;
  • the crew's chief can do the same for another bot of its crew (bot: its handle).

The handle is looked up only in the caller's crew, so a bot of another crew is "no bot in your crew". Other bots naming someone else get an error telling them to ask the chief. Fields are checked like bots.update before the owner is asked, and again when applied.

The owner approves or declines in the caller's chat. The new card shows name and role before and after, the new instructions folded, and the reason, with a note for a no. In bypass mode it changes at once. The name and handle change at once; role and instructions count from the bot's next start, as when the owner edits them.

Spec: the table in 10 and a new 10.3. Rules: one line for every bot (only when the owner asks) and one for the chief.

Tests: tests/bot_changes.rs (rename approved, the chief changes another bot and a no, only the chief, another crew, taken name and no change) and botChange.test.tsx.

Manual with real Claude: ask a bot "rename yourself to X", then ask the chief to change another bot's role.

…hief another bot

When the owner asks, a bot can rename itself or change its role or
instructions, and the crew's chief can do the same for another bot of
its crew. The handle is looked up only in the caller's crew. The owner
approves or declines in the caller's chat, on a card that shows the
change before and after; bypass mode changes at once. Spec 10, 10.3.
