What

Spec only, no code. Adds section 26: a catalog of ready-made bot roles, shown in the app as Bot agency.

• The owner browses cards (name, one line, Add to crew and Learn more), adds a role in one click and then customizes the bot like any other. Empty crews (only the chief) get it as an invitation.
• The chief reads the same catalog with list_bot_templates and get_bot_template, and suggest_bot accepts a template, so suggested bots get better instructions.
• Sheets live in crates/botloftd/catalog/<id>.toml (English, up to 4 000 chars, checked by a lint test). Owner-facing text (name, summary, "Learn more") lives in app/src/i18n/*/catalog.ts in en, pt-BR and es.
• 12 first roles: developer, code-reviewer, qa-tester, designer, writer, social-media, translator, researcher, data-analyst, sales-prospector, customer-support, personal-assistant.
• Milestones G1 (catalog and daemon), G2 (chief), G3 (app).
• Touches 3.1, 10, 10.2, 11.2, 15.1, 15.6 and item 12 in section 18.

Authorship

Sheets are written from scratch for Botloft. No text comes from other agent projects.

Safety

A role only fills fields the owner already edits: the bot starts in Manual mode, with no connected tools and no access to other crews.

Left out on purpose (26.7)

Restore-to-default, "already in the crew" badge, owner-made sheets, updating bots already created.

Nothing depends on the real Claude Code in this PR. G2 and G3 list the manual checks.
