The chief reads the catalog and suggests from a role; four roles (Social Media, Customer Support, Designer, Researcher) followed their sheets in real runs with Claude Code 2.1.287. The other eight roles were not run.

Seen with Claude Code 2.1.287 on 2026-10-06, a scratch daemon with its own home:
crew_rosterandlist_bot_templates, thensuggest_botwithtemplate. The card carried the sheet's instructions (2 253 characters) without thetemplatefield, and the bot created matched the card.catalog.addin Manual mode followed their sheets: Social Media, Customer Support, Designer and Researcher (asked before guessing, delivered in the described shape, stayed in role, said what they did not know).Docs only, no code.
