feat(catalog): seven finance roles - #225

Brand guardian, UI designer, UX architect, accessibility reviewer, presentation designer, infographic designer, image prompt writer and design critic, with their text in the three languages. The catalog is now 66 roles; search and the category filter already cover them. Spec 18 drops item 6 (remote access with Tailscale), kept as a numbered slot so references to the other items stay valid: the phone uses the account server (28) instead.
Bookkeeper, budget planner, financial analyst, cash flow forecaster, bills assistant, invoicing assistant and tax organizer, with their text in the three languages. None moves money, signs in to a bank or tax site or asks for a password, and each says it does not replace an accountant or an adviser (spec 26.7). The catalog is now 73 roles.

Seven roles in a new Finance category (G4): bookkeeper, budget planner, financial analyst, cash flow forecaster, bills assistant, invoicing assistant and tax organizer. The catalog goes from 66 to 73 roles, with the text in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
None of them pays, transfers, trades, signs in to a bank or tax site, or asks for a password or card number: the owner makes every payment and every send. Each sheet and each card says it does not replace an accountant or an adviser, and none gives investment or loan advice (spec 26.7).

Create the bills assistant, the cash flow forecaster and the tax organizer in a crew and give each a typical task; see that none tries to pay or sign in anywhere, and that the tax organizer sends doubtful items to the accountant instead of deciding.
