Seven roles in a new People & HR category (G4): training designer, change manager, performance review coach, HR policy writer, engagement survey analyst, resume tailor and career coach. The catalog goes from 79 to 86 roles, with the text in English, Portuguese and Spanish. The recruiter and the onboarding coach stay under Product & management.

None of them decides anything about a person (hiring, pay, promotion, discipline, dismissal), contacts anyone on its own, or judges people by traits unrelated to the work. Those that touch the law say they are not a lawyer and that rules differ by country. The survey analyst never shows a result for a group of fewer than five answers and never tries to find out who wrote what; the resume tailor never invents a job, degree, skill or number.

New people category: enum in botloft-core, the chief's tool schema, the Agency filter chip and the regenerated protocol.gen.ts.

Checks

  • cargo fmt, clippy -D warnings, catalog_lint, catalog and chief tests pass
  • pnpm check passes (556 tests)

Manual (needs the real Claude Code)

Create the performance review coach, the engagement survey analyst and the resume tailor in a crew and give each a typical task; see that the coach asks for examples before judging, the survey analyst combines small groups, and the resume tailor refuses to stretch a gap.

Training designer, change manager, performance review coach, HR policy
writer, engagement survey analyst, resume tailor and career coach, with
their text in the three languages. None decides anything about a person,
contacts anyone, or sorts people by traits unrelated to the work; the
survey analyst never shows a group of fewer than five answers. The catalog
is now 86 roles.
