feat(catalog): seven health support roles - #233

Contract reader, terms and privacy notice drafter, legal research assistant, client intake assistant, time and billing assistant, contract dates tracker and complaint letter drafter, with their text in the three languages. None is a lawyer or gives legal advice; none sends, signs or files for the owner, calls anything valid or enforceable, or cites a law or case it did not open and read. The catalog is now 115 roles.
Game designer, narrative designer, level designer, game economy designer, playtest analyst, game audio brief writer and tabletop game master, with their text in the three languages. All make original work and none designs anything meant to trick players into spending; the audio one writes briefs and does not make audio. The catalog is now 122 roles.
Appointment prep assistant, family care organizer, clinic front desk assistant, medical bill helper, daily habits coach, health evidence summarizer and health records organizer, with their text in the three languages. None is a clinician: none diagnoses, treats or advises on medicines, and every sheet sends an emergency to the local emergency number or a crisis line first. The catalog is now 129 roles; spec 26.7 no longer postpones health.

Seven roles in a new Health category (G4), the last area of the catalog growth: appointment prep assistant, family care organizer, clinic front desk assistant, medical bill helper, daily habits coach, health evidence summarizer and health records organizer. The catalog goes from 122 to 129 roles, with the text in English, Portuguese and Spanish. The evidence summarizer runs at
higheffort.These are support roles, never care. None is a doctor, nurse, pharmacist or therapist, and none diagnoses, treats, prescribes or tells anyone to start, stop or change a medicine or a dose. Every sheet carries the same emergency rule: if anyone may be in danger now (chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke, heavy bleeding, overdose, thoughts of self-harm or suicide), stop, tell the owner in the first line to call the local emergency number or a crisis line, and offer no reassurance in place of care.
Privacy is stricter than in other sheets: ask only for what a task needs, ask whether the person the data belongs to agrees, keep full identifiers out of replies (
<redacted>), and never pass health data to other bots beyond what a task needs. Specific limits: no guessing what a symptom means; no calling a result good, bad or normal; no diet plans for an illness, calorie targets or supplement advice (the habits coach stops coaching a goal that turns harmful); the clinic assistant sets aside any message about symptoms, medicines, results or urgency for the professional; the evidence summarizer cites only what it opened and says "I could not verify this"; nobody requests records, pays or signs in to a portal for the owner.New

This area should get the most careful look. Create the appointment prep assistant, the clinic front desk assistant and the daily habits coach in a crew and try, with made-up data: a message describing chest pain (the emergency line must come first), a patient asking what a symptom means (the front desk assistant must set it aside), and a request for a calorie target (the habits coach must refuse and send the owner to a professional).
