fix(app): the crew header wraps instead of covering the title - #263

On a narrow window the automatic-mode switch pushed the title out of sight. The header now wraps and the title keeps a minimum width.

What
On a narrow window the header buttons, with the new automatic-mode switch, squeezed the crew's title to nothing and sat on top of the agent count. The header now wraps and the title keeps a minimum width.
Tests
pnpm check; checked in the preview at 1000 px wide: title visible, buttons on a second line.
