Version bump for 0.6.0 (workspace, app and lockfile).

Since 0.5.0:

• Bots' browser, live in a panel, with the owner taking control (feat: each bot gets its own browser, watched live in the app #32, feat: the owner takes a bot's browser into their own hands (N3) #35) and panel fixes (fix(app): side panels no longer cover the chat; resizable; chat fills the width #31).
• Screens: the bot's HTML pages take shape while it writes them, with its cursor (feat: a design area where each bot's screens take shape live #33, feat: the bot's cursor follows each part of a screen as it is written #37).
• Panels follow what the bot starts doing and slide in (feat(app): panels follow what the bot starts doing and slide open #38); tool names in the owner's language (feat: tools read as plain actions in the owner's language #39).

After merging (and #48): tag v0.6.0 and push; release.yml opens the draft release with the setup window, the updater's installer, its signature and latest.json. The README (#47) merges once the release is published.
