Moves Botloft from MIT to the Apache License 2.0.

  • LICENSE: the official, unmodified text from https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.txt (SHA-256 cfc7749b96f63bd31c3c42b5c471bf756814053e847c10f3eb003417bc523d30).
  • NOTICE: new, with the project name and copyright line.
  • Cargo.toml: license = "Apache-2.0" in [workspace.package]. botloft-core, botloft-store, botloftd and app/src-tauri keep license.workspace = true.
  • README.md: the License section points to the Apache 2.0 text and the NOTICE file.
  • app/package.json: "license": "Apache-2.0".

No project file mentions MIT as its license anymore; licenses of third-party dependencies are unchanged.

Checks run locally: cargo fmt --check, cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets -D warnings, cargo test --workspace, pnpm check.

Nothing here depends on Claude Code, so there is no manual test step.
