Asked by the owner: when the browser goes to rest, its panel should collapse to the right right away instead of staying open with "Resting".

  • useFollowBot now treats a resting browser as not in use. When the browser goes to rest with its panel open, the panel closes (the usual slide to the right). When the bot wakes the browser, the panel opens again, as it does when the browser starts.
  • It stays open with the browser in the owner's hands or with a request for a hand. Both directions follow the "Open the browser and screens when a bot starts" setting.
  • The owner can still open the panel on a resting browser and see "Resting" with the last frame.
  • Spec 21.8 updated.

pnpm check passes (262 tests; one new test, one rest test adjusted).

Still to see with the real Claude Code: give a bot a browser task and watch the panel close as its turn ends, then reopen on its next browser step.

When the bot's turn ends and its browser rests, the panel slides out to
the right at once and the chat takes the room back. It opens again when
the bot wakes the browser. A browser in the owner's hands, or one asking
for a hand, keeps its panel, and both follow the "open when a bot starts"
setting.
