🚀 HHO Smart Controller Simulation

Developed by: Shaikh Huzef

📝 Project Overview

This project is a high-level simulation of an industrial HHO Generator Monitoring System. It is designed to handle real-world sensor data (Pressure & Temperature) with a focus on Safety Engineering and System Stability.

🛠️ Key Technical Features

  • Fault-Tolerant Input Handling: The system is "Bulletproof" against non-numeric inputs (alphabets). It cleans the scanner buffer and prevents crashes.
  • Safety Interlocks: - Level 1 (Warning): Valve release protocol at >50 PSI.
    • Level 2 (Emergency): Instant system shutdown at >100 PSI.
  • Hardware Simulation: Uses Thread.sleep() to simulate real-world mechanical delays during valve operation and shutdown sequences.
  • Interactive Feedback: Real-time console updates to keep the operator informed of the system state.

⚙️ Logic Flow (The Engineering Brain)

  1. Sensor Initialization: Starts the infinite monitoring loop.
  2. Data Validation: Checks if the sensor data is a valid double.
  3. Priority Check: Pressure is checked first to prevent catastrophic failure.
  4. Thermal Monitoring: Checks for overheating conditions (>1000°C).
  5. Safe Exit: A controlled shutdown sequence to ensure data integrity.
