What
Adds an in-repo
multi-lens-reviewskill formalizing the review pattern that currently gets re-typed from scratch each session it is used:Why
The pattern appears re-typed near-verbatim in review sessions across at least two repos, and a variant powers the reconcile loop's dual-review lane, but it lives in no repo. So it spreads only by watching someone do it, and drifts between retellings.
No token-saving claim; the prize is spreading a proven quality pattern and stopping template drift.
Same consolidation move as #343 (moving the reconcile-loop skill set in-repo); complements it, does not close it.

The skill text is the ready-to-apply artifact from the report below, with punctuation adapted to this repo's no-em-dash style rule.
