The team setup guide still described the pre-wizard rollout: `hyp remote login` for attended machines, `hyp join --token-file` for scripted ones, and a five-step numbered walkthrough written for the person doing the rollout. Since the install-experience overhaul (LLP 0128), a machine joins a team by running `npx hypaware` and picking "Join a team", so the guide now describes that path. - Reframe as instructions for the person setting up a machine: get an organization, run `npx hypaware`, follow the prompts, verify, query. - Add screenshots of the wizard's fork and pick screens under docs/images/. - Keep the privacy callout: nothing uploads before tonight, run the hypaware-privacy skill first. - End with two starter queries, since the wizard imports recent history and there is data to look at straight away. The unattended `hyp join` and Claude Desktop MDM material is dropped here; the Desktop rollout commands remain documented in the README.
