fix: restore the template issue references the mint rewrote - #10

The mint's self-name pass turned rsr-template-repo#N, a reference to the template's own issue, into resource-algebra#N: 24 references in 21 files, mostly rsr-template-repo#209 (the deed-clause migration), also #53 and #119. They pointed at issues of this repository that do not exist. Each was restored against the template's own file at df09a6c, the commit this repository was created from; only numbers that file cites were mapped back. The four genuine references (resource-algebra#3, #4) are untouched. Comments and prose only. The recipe defect is fixed at source in rsr-template-repo#238.
