Answers: existing a11y research (none beyond research-10 §3.7), ARIA / accessibility-tree / NSAccessibility / UIA / AT-SPI alignment with the CommandRecord, emit/consume intersection, and the universal macOS command palette question (Paletro-class tools; build native core from scratch, reuse acture's record shape for interchange and MCP).
