What front wants to be when it grows up
What front wants to be is a python declarative language for UIs that gets you from the python objects that implement the functionality to the UI that gives a user visual access to this functionality -- and do so with minimal boilerplate, yet maximum flexibility, with reusable declarative conventions.
What are the base components and combinators we need?
We have the seed python objects (functions, classes, instances, etc.).
We have view components.
We have layers of python objects that get us from the seed functions to the read-to-render view components. These layers are controlled through configs. The configs themselves come from merging convention(s) with configurations that are meant to override these.
