Closes #23. Route.params takes the body schema from the first of: a JSON media type, application/x-www-form-urlencoded, multipart/form-data; Route.body_content_type says which (None without a body). JSON-only routes are unchanged. Tests + doctest: 84 passed.

Adversarial review (fresh Opus): verdict fix-then-merge; 224 routes compared with master, only form/multipart ones changed (intended). Fixed: plain application/json first, other JSON only as json or +json (not ndjson), media-type parameters/case ignored, a media type with a schema beats one without, content: null. Dependents gate: 11 pass, smart-cv fails with its pre-existing collection error. 93 passed.
