Create an example application to help annotate audible events from a sound source.
This could be something that plays audio (either live or from a prerecorded file) for you to listen and you tag the event by pressing different keys for different tags. Then saves the timestamped tags that map to an audio file.
Extra credit for an audio visual to help playback the recording and see if the tags are in the right place.
