Fleet-wide triage of unlanded branches pushed before 2026-07-01. Content: Adds a self-contained audiostream.py example using StreamBuffer; not present on current master. Recommendation: close. Opened only to keep the branch reachable via refs/pull before its ref is deleted; closing immediately without merging.
