This is good, thanks for documenting this.

Two notes:

• We have a doc repo that this would be better suited to: https://github.com/iftechfoundation/ifcomp-docs
• The "build zip" script needs to be run before opening the comp for judging, because once the judging phase begins, authors can upload updates to their entries.

I think that doc repo is private; when I click on it, it's 404.

My goal was to put this doc somewhere where all three teams could read it; somewhere that isn't a Google Doc.
