Add `useProgress()` hook or `BProgress.*()` API for Next.js compatibility

It would be great to have a Next.js-compatible API such as:

• A React hook like useProgress()
• Or a namespaced API like BProgress.start(), BProgress.done(), etc. (usable on client side)
