Summary of Changes
Replace old apt_key / apt_repo logic in the ansible roles with
ansible.builtin.deb822_repositorymodule.Also correct an omission in the nagios image's entrypoint script.

Housekeeping, to eliminate more references to deprecated ansible modules.
