dleyna-server requires signalfd which is linux only #165

Activity
dleyna-server precedes the existence of the
g_unix_signal_*functions. Maybe I can quickly patch up something- added 2 commits that reference this issue
on Dec 1, 2020 Included in release v0.7.0 at mentioned fork https://github.com/phako/dleyna-server/
Unless anyone else steps up I'd say yes
