DEB package installs its libraries under /usr/local/lib

Expectation

Library packages install their files into normal system locations, like the other Intel driver stack packages, e.g. under /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ on Ubuntu 24.04.

(This is from a package downloaded from the releases page in this repo, not from Intel package repos, in case those are packaged differently.)
