Finishes release 1.19.0 manually, because the
push_releasejob failed: https://github.com/intel/mfd-dcb/actions/runs/40686166086/job/122861158650 (shared workflow installed dev requirements with the runner's Python 3.14; fix: intel/mfd#16).mfd-dcb 1.19.0 is already on PyPI; this only brings the repo in sync. Generated with python-semantic-release 10.5.3 (same version/config as CI).
