The gobl CLI moved to github.com/invopop/gobl.dev, so the install path and releases links in the quick start and tools pages were dead ends. The build command no longer accepts --draft and envelopes no longer carry "draft": true, so the sample outputs are regenerated from the current CLI (gobl.dev v0.500.15, core v0.504.0).
