Picks up gobl.pt.saft v0.0.8 (APP-831), which adds the bill.Order rules
behind the PF and OU work document types.

Changes:

  • Bump gobl to v0.507.0 and gobl.dev to v0.507.1, regenerate.
  • PT SAF-T: new bill.Order rules for pt-saft-source / pt-saft-source-ref
    and a non-negative total.
  • Upstream refresh riding along: DK OIOUBL bill.Status rules, EN16931 unit
check, MX CFDI unit rule, PL FA_VAT now served from gobl.pl.ksef.
  • New regime pages cr, pe, sk; draft-0/org/unit removed upstream
    (navigation updated by the generator).

Notes:

  • The PF/OU work types were already documented here — they shipped with
gobl.pt.saft v0.0.6. This bump adds only the newer order validations.
