[Feature]: Lower deployment footprint #20

Problem Statement

The whole deployment requires ~10GB of memory today.

Proposed Solution

Potentially mutualize workers to lower common python worker overhead (already the case for analysis workers).
Also add profiles to docker compose for low impact quick getting started setup
