Forma Pauperis helps people find New Jersey court forms and work through them without an account.
- 1,912 forms — 712 official New Jersey Judiciary forms, plus about 1,200 county, municipal, federal and state-agency forms.
- 485 fill out online — answer the questions in your browser and download a completed PDF.
Other forms provide the blank official PDF and a typed answer sheet to copy by hand. Free, with no account. Answers are erased after 30 minutes of inactivity. The service prepares documents; it does not file them for you.
Legal information, not legal advice.
Start somewhere specific:
- Fee waiver, form CN 11208 — ask the court to waive its filing fee under Rule 1:13-2.
- Public records — where to file an OPRA request and search deeds, in all 21 counties.
- Case guides — sixteen step-by-step walkthroughs, with the rule behind each step.
- Lawyer complaints — ethics grievances and fee disputes: where they go in your county, and the deadlines.
Research and data for people who operate online services. The Foundation runs internet-exposed decoy servers — SSH, FTP, telnet, MySQL, VNC, and email — and publishes what attacks them.
Observe · Investigate · Publish
Investigations of attacks observed by the decoy servers, each published with its evidence and with the limits of what that evidence supports. Static analysis only — nothing was executed. Attacker-supplied URLs are never fetched from a sensor, and no attribution is claimed beyond infrastructure.
Public threat data · Open access
Every address on the blocklist attacked a decoy service at volume. Plain text, JSON and CSV under CC0, refreshed hourly. Entries age out after 30 days without activity, and the delisting contact is published and answered.
The table of authorities records sources, verification status and review dates for the published material. Findings are corrected in place, with the correction left visible rather than the error quietly removed.
Free, with no ads and no accounts. Android today, on Google Play.
- FreeDF — a document scanner that turns paper into a PDF on your phone. Scans stay on the phone; the Foundation runs no server for the app. An iPhone version is in preparation. Privacy details.
- GGz — five small games built for screen readers first, including two audio games: a quiz-show trivia board and hangman read letter by letter.
- Beanstalk — search FDA and USDA food recall records by product, company or hazard, with source links and local watchlists. Google Play · source.
Task guides for the GI Bill, VA claims, service records and free accredited VSO help. Each one sends you to the official VA tool; VA makes every eligibility decision.
Sic Semper Errata builds public-records software for New Jersey municipal clerks: receive a request, collect records against it, record a release decision for each one, and produce a response against the state's seven-day clock.
What exists today is a public demo running on invented sample records — see what is available and what is planned. The municipal edition is planned and not available for purchase. The Bellwether demo gives each visitor a temporary workspace and runs a limited number at a time, so it sometimes reports that it is at capacity.
