prepare,lint,test세 형태로 변경합니다.prepare: arcus-memcached-ee를 클론받고, 테스트에 필요한 사항을 준비 (승인 받아야 시작)lint: 문법 검사test: 유닛 테스트 및 기타 테스트 수행일단 CI는 내용 변경보다는 변수명과 순서 변경에 가까워 일단 반영해 놓겠습니다.
