[FEATURE REQUEST] non interactive version

I would like a non interactive install solution for ROS on the jetson.

During installation i encounter a question regarding time zones etc...

Maybe with a flag:

./installROS.sh -p ros-melodic-ros-base -nonInteractive

or similar.

UPDATE:
It seesm to be the dpkg-reconfigure tzdata which is called during installation.
