vscode.nvim's dark `CursorLine` (`#222222`) is nearly indistinguishable from its `#1F1F1F` background. Override it with `#282828`, the color VS Code uses for its current-line border, from a `ColorScheme` autocmd so terminal background detection and theme reloads keep it. The light theme (`#E5E5E5` on `#FFFFFF`) already contrasts and is unchanged.

Validation:

  • Headless Neovim with this branch's configuration and the pinned local plugins reported `CursorLine` bg `#282828` in dark, `#E5E5E5` after switching to light, and `#282828` after switching back and after reloading the colorscheme.
  • The repository gate was not run: this is a presentation-only Neovim configuration change.

vscode.nvim's dark CursorLine (#222222) is nearly indistinguishable from its
#1F1F1F background. Use #282828, the color VS Code uses for its current-line
border, and reapply it on every ColorScheme so terminal background detection
keeps it. The light theme already contrasts and stays unchanged.

Closing: keep vscode.nvim's default CursorLine, which matches VS Code's intentionally subtle current-line marker; the current line number already identifies the line.
