[馃摑 Docs]: Feature Request: Add external link icons to markdown content聽#2525

Description

@garv-sanveria

What Docs changes are you proposing?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When reading the documentation, it is currently impossible to tell which links are internal to the documentation and which links will take the user to an entirely different website.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to update the markdown renderer to append a small SVG "external link" icon next to any <a> tags where the href starts with http or https, similar to how Wikipedia handles external links.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Leaving it as is, but this hurts the UX for users who don't want to accidentally navigate away from the docs.

Additional context
I would love to build this! I can add a small helper in the markdown component to detect external URLs.
