Summary

Add changelog entries for the CLI v2.36.6 release and the four Platform releases tagged between August 10-14, 2026.

Changes

• CLI v2.36.6 (Aug 14) — flag/config validation bug fixes.
• Platform (Aug 14) — custom attestation summaries, SCIM "External IdP" audit attribution.
• Platform (Aug 13) — React flows list page with in-place search/sort/paging and expanded /api/v2/flows/{org} response.
• Platform (Aug 11) — SCIM webhook status handling, faster webhook saves, HTML-escape hardening in emails and trail events.

No new tags were found on kosli-dev/terraform-provider-kosli in the scope window.
