Summary
Remove the DialCache-specific instruction that forced Codex-created commits to use a
codex:subject prefix.DialCache should follow its repository-native semantic Conventional Commit convention, including
feat:,fix:, andchore:. Thecodex:prefix remains specific to the Obsidian vault repository.Impact
