Desktop startup failed when rendering an existing workspace exceeded the readiness request deadline. Readiness now requests the bundled stylesheet after server startup, so opening a window does not repeatedly render the complete home page. Existing socket ownership, liveness checks and timeout bounds are retained.

Validation: a real local HTTP regression with a slow home and fast stylesheet fails on the previous code; all20 desktop entry/runtime tests pass after the change, including a dead-server negative case. No user data, desktop profile or installed application is changed by the patch. A separate private local package build uses the exact committed source; packaged/native user-device acceptance is tracked separately and is not inferred from the source test.
