Prepare the Python package release
v0.2.1by updatingl9gpu/version.txtfrom0.2.0to0.2.1.Includes the Typeguard 4.6.0 compatibility fixes from #23 and dependency updates already merged into main. After this PR passes CI and merges, the
v0.2.1tag will trigger the existing workflow to publish the wheel and source distribution to PyPI and GitHub.Validation: built the wheel and source archive from a clean export; both pass
twine check. Verified package version 0.2.1 and the Typeguard 4.6.0 requirement.
