96 modules whose 18→19 upgrade_analysis.txt contains only auto-handled changes: DEL fields (preserved as legacy columns; database_cleanup handles residuals later) and NEW records/fields (auto-created on install; NEW-required only where a default is present).

Triaged by a no-op classifier that excludes renames, type changes, m2o↔m2m promotions, model merges, selection-key removals, and required-without-default fields, plus a noupdate_changes.xml active-record scan that held back every module with real noupdate data work. Verified with the staged-PR convention checker (0 MISS / 0 WARN) and pre-commit.

Modules needing real migration scripts (renames, selection remaps, noupdate loads) are excluded and tracked for individual PRs.
