UX: Show more stuff in dashboard mode

Currently on bigger displays, siomon shows a lot of unoccupied/empty space

Proposed solution

Expose more sensor data and/or have a split view showing both the tree and dashboard mode at the same time

Some improvement ideas on what to additionally show in the dashboard:

• Show all specific CPU core usage and CPU core frequencies
• Show CPU Tctl (T Control) and Tccd..N (Core Complex Die) temperatures
• Show all AMDGPU sensor data (in GPU section)
• Show network link speed per interface

I had not. However, asking the user to configure the dashboard first before it fills up completely is also not great UX..

When compacted to smaller size, it does look pretty good though!

Also curious about what you think about maybe doing a heatmap or some other sort of visualization to show change over time, these graphs were kind of cool when there were just a few of them, but now its feeling meh.
