v5.0.0: Power BI first, built with Power BI Desktop open

What changes

• Desktop-open loop. Measures are authored live through the Power BI Modeling MCP; report visuals are edited as PBIR, validated, saved, then reloaded and screenshotted in the running Desktop via powerbi-report-author preview --host desktop (Desktop Bridge). The closed-Desktop path stays documented as the fallback (no Bridge, older Desktop, CI).
• Pitfalls documented: reload discards unsaved Desktop edits (check hasUnsavedChanges first); reload only covers the report, so model changes go through the MCP; an edited custom theme may not reload (rename the theme file).
• Agents triaged. The 5 role agents are removed (domain knowledge moved into skills or dropped). One new agent survives: pbi-visual-reviewer, read-only (Read, Grep, Glob), which reviews rendered pages without the author's reasoning. No handoffs.
• Validation as scripts inside skills: run_bpa.py (Tabular Editor 2) with a pure-Python fallback (bpa_fallback.py), and validate_pbir.py (uses powerbi-report-author validate, structural check otherwise).
• Tooling: sync_agents.py --check + CI sync check, Copilot tool mapping for the reviewer, Cursor target in init, prepack runs the sync, fixed repository URLs, files whitelist.
• Docs: README rewritten with Power BI front and center, CHANGELOG, THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES (Microsoft base theme in the fixture, MIT).

Verification (Linux)

• python3 scripts/sync_agents.py --check: OK, 16 managed paths match .agent/.
• npm test: 41 tests, OK.
• npm pack --dry-run: 180 files, 167.8 kB.
• powerbi-report-author validate passes on the SalesSample fixture.
• Desktop host checks (status, reload, screenshot) need Windows and are still to be run manually.

Breaking

Agents data-engineer, analytics-engineer, data-scientist, powerbi-developer and presentation-designer are gone. See CHANGELOG for migration.
