sonny/FEATURES.md, a list of every Sonny feature that was added, changed or removed. Each row has its status (experimental,shipped,removed), its pull requests with merge dates, why it was built or cut, and a Used? column for the person who uses Sonny to fill in. The goal is to make it easy to go back later and decide whether to keep, change or cut a feature.sonny view, turn-end triggers, the lookout judge, the OpenAI Decisions judge, the Agent app and swarms.exec, lookout sources and T3 Code.AGENTS.mdgets one rule: a PR that touches a Sonny feature updates its row in the same PR.sonny/README.mdlinks to the file.Docs only.
