Add Playwright signup email test for CI/CD - #5

End-to-end test of a signup verification email: a fresh inbox per test, wait for the email over the Mailsac REST API, confirm with the link and with the 6-digit code. Runs a Mailpit job on every pull request, a Mailsac Email Capture job, and a real-delivery check against a staging app. The existing Mocha example stays at the repository root.
