DAG storage counter

This tool counts overall transfer size that is needed to run given workflow and total sum of file sizes.

Example of usage:

  $ python -m experiment_analysis.count_storage /dags/GENOME/GENOME.n.1000.0.dag

Example of output:

  Filename: GENOME.n.500.0.dag  
  Total sum of transfer sizes in GBs: 507.69  
  Total sum of file sizes in GBs: 31.40
