Bumps @modelcontextprotocol/server, /core and /client from 2.3.1 to 2.4.0. Follow-up to #142, same as mapbox/mcp-server#303.

Why

2.4.0 adds the SDK's Skills extension (SEP-2640, typescript-sdk#3047) under @modelcontextprotocol/server/ext/skills. Gives devkit the same option for skills later. The sibling repos (mcp-server, docs, figma, hosted) are moving to 2.4.0 at the same time so hosted can pin one version.

Patch changes checked

• fast-uri now rejects some $id/$ref forms (typescript-sdk#3083), and an object $ref root output schema no longer gets the { result } wrapper (typescript-sdk#3081). None of our schemas use $id, .meta({ id }) or a $ref root.
• x-mcp-header on number params is rejected (typescript-sdk#2762, #2960). We don't use x-mcp-header.

Testing

• Build passes, 650 tests pass, lint 0 errors.
• Built server over stdio: negotiates 2025-11-25, lists 23 tools and 6 resources.
