Medical-Image-Preprocessing This repo contains simple preprocessing scripts for CT and MRI DICOM Images CT - Ingests DICOM CT images, resamples to 1mm x 1mm x 1mm per voxel, converts to hounsfeld unit, normalizes/zero-centers - Converts RTSS structure files from Radiation Oncology treatment contours to volumetric masks - saves output image volumes and masks as .npy files MRI - To be added
