Adds an Engagement section to the data overview and two more breakdowns, all for the selected period:

  • How far people watch: the share of views that reach 25%, 50%, 75% and the end of the video (95% or more counts as finished).
  • When people watch: views by weekday and hour, in UTC.
  • Operating system and Websites next to device and browser. Websites come from the host of the page the player is embedded on.

While adding the panels I found that "Show more" never appeared on the source panels: the panel compared the full list with itself. It now expands any breakdown with more than five rows, using one toggle_source event for all four panels. Device names are grouped case-insensitively, because ingest stores them in lowercase.

Stacked on #8.

Engagement and sources for the last 30 days (synthetic data):

Engagement section and source breakdowns

Validation:

  • Analytics.Overview tests cover reach, the weekday/hour grid, operating systems and websites.
  • A LiveView test covers the engagement section and expanding a breakdown with seven websites.
  • mix compile --warnings-as-errors, mix format --check-formatted, Credo and git diff --check passed.
  • Full Core suite: 1,200 of 1,204 passed; the four StoragePolicyTest failures also occur on main in my local setup.

No migration is needed.

Add an engagement section with the share of views that reach 25%, 50%,
75% and the end of the video, and views by weekday and hour (UTC).
Sources gain operating system and website breakdowns, the latter taken
from the host of the embedding page.

"Show more" on the source panels never appeared because the panel
compared the full list with itself; it now expands any breakdown with
more than five rows. Device names are grouped case-insensitively.
