orgfile setup not used by add command

Looks like you started adding the option of specifying which org-mode file to add items to. But as far as I can see, the add command doesn't make use of that yet.

Both existing PR's are due to this very issue. Have asked Benny to speak with Max about approving one or the other so that Benny can consume them into the command bundle. Hopefully that happens soon.
