Docker error on start

Hello,
I am going along with tutorial and im stuck on the running docker....

I have installed docker like this

I have ubuntu 14.04 LTS (pretty old)
but I managed to install everything except that docker doesnt run.
It left me with error

+ solana-localnet down

I have pulled this image
solanalabs/solana:v1.6.13

Now I will try stable version....

and it has the same effect

Now I realized I need docker-machine not engine and I have installed it but it doesnt change that fact that error remains.

So it is solanata-localnet down command's issue
