Changes

Prepare orm 6.0.0-beta.1, the first prerelease of the new Dart-native implementation following 5.3.4. Enable publication and add repository metadata, release notes and archive exclusions.

Redesign README around an executable SQLite quickstart, typed models/projections, database selection and independent libraries. Move docs/ to the standard doc/ directory, update internal links and add a documentation index. Align build_runner registration with the actual Dart outputs instead of the retired JSON filenames.

Database execution code is unchanged from the reviewed implementation in #485. SQLite Web resources are regenerated because the package version and metadata participate in their build fingerprint. Legacy issues and branches have been retired; unique branch history is preserved in a local Git bundle.

Validation

• Final CI passes on 60a3945fc54b95101e2ae30217e9aaafa526ba33: 1141 native tests passed, 41 capability skips; Chrome JS/WASM checks both pass.

• Exact-head Codex review found no major issues; no unresolved review threads remain.

• Rebuilt beta resources pass all 21 checks in each of Flutter Web JS, WASM without isolation and WASM with isolation.

• An independent consumer completes the exact README model and application: init, migrate create/check/apply/verify, analyze and run.

• Real build_runner build/watch regression passes; root analysis and all local documentation links pass.

• Flutter example dependency resolution succeeds against 6.0.0-beta.1.

• dart pub publish --dry-run passes with 0 warnings for the approximately 1 MB archive.

Important

This is a breaking replacement for the Prisma-based 5.x client. Existing capability limits and unverified platforms remain explicit; this release does not certify additional platforms.
