Sends OpenPanel events for sends, saves, imports, shares, scheduled messages, custom bots and commands, uploads, AI prompts and how messages are started. Tracking sits in the mutation-level onSuccess so call sites stay untouched, and only counts and flags go out, never message content. The cookie policy now mentions editor actions.
